As a certified nutrition therapy practitioner, I will guide you through the process of meal prepping from planning to shopping to cooking and storing. I'll teach you how to create healthy, delicious meals that are ready to eat throughout the week. This process will save you time, money, and energy.

 

It all started when I began my mission of fitting into my wedding dress. I was living in NYC at the time and on a very tight budget. I was trying to navigate how to eat healthy and slim down at an affordable cost (we all know how pricey nutritious foods can be). I found meal prepping to be a huge money and time saver. Ever since then, I've never gone back to the way I prepared my meals.

 

My virtual lessons will feel that I am right by your side in your kitchen. The lessons are tailored to your dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring that you get the most out of your experience.

MEAL PREP LESSON

Investing in the Meal Prep Lesson will not only save you time and money, but it will also improve your health and well-being. By learning how to prepare healthy meals in advance, you'll be able to stay on track with your nutrition goals and reduce stress around mealtime.

 

So how does it work?

STEP 1

CONSULTATION

After purchase, you'll be provided a link to book a 15 minute assessment call. We will do a quick run through of your biggest concerns, your health goals, and food preferences. I will then make a proper suggestion on how to best prep for our call. From there you will schedule a time for our session and do your "prep homework” before we begin!

STEP 2

MEAL PANNING

Experience customized meal planning and grocery list creation. We will meet virtually and begin the meal prep! I will guide you step-by-step on where to start and will be meal prepping with you.

STEP 3

EDUCATION

Your session includes nutritional education and recipe development. As you are meal prepping with me during our estimated 2 hour lesson, you will start to gather a proper workflow on how to meal prep on your own. I'll also be sharing my knowledge about meal prepping, the best foods options based on your goals, and cover any questions or concerns you may have. 

STEP 4

TIPS & SUPPORT

I'll be sharing time-saving tips and tricks for efficient meal prep as well as storage and reheating tips for maximum freshness and flavor. Once the meal prep lesson is complete, you and I will reflect on the experience. We'll go over any other questions you may have to be able to meal prep on your own. You will have completed your very own meal prep and will be on your way to doing more on your own!
